Hazara people

Hazara peoples are peace full ethic group.

The Hazāra are a Persian speaking ethnic group who live mainly in central Afghanistan. Over half a million Hazaras live in neighboring Pakistan (especially in the city of Quetta) and a similar number or less may be found in Iran.
The origins of the Hazaras have not been fully reconstructed. At least partial Mongol descent is difficult to rule out, because the Hazaras' physical attributes and parts of their culture and language resemble those of Mongolians. Thus, it is widely accepted that Hazaras do have Mongolian ancestry.
What do you think about Hazaras are they have Mongolian ancestry?(Answer by your comments)

HAZARA TOWN (A small town in Pakistan)

Peoples think hazaras are small tribe only in Afghanistan and Iran. Today I wrote about the hazaras in Pakistan and I only mentioned a small part of them in Pakistan.

Hazara Town is a lower- to middle-income area on the west of Quetta city with a population of up to 70,000, of which an approximately one-third are Hazara with minority Baloch and pathan tribe on south of Hazara town.
Hazara Town residents are approximately all of them are Hazara and they are Hazaregi-speaking Shia-Muslim, who migrated to Pakistan well before the war in Afghanistan as well as those who fled as refugees over the recent years of conflict. The community is a distinct minority in Quetta, which is dominated ethnically by Pashtuns and is predominantly Sunni Muslim.

General Musa Khan Changaizi (Great Hazara)

Today I wrote about great hazara General of Pakistan Army.                                                   (General Mohammad Musa Khan Changaizi)
He was the eldest son of Sardar Yazdan Khan, born in a Shia Muslim, Hazara family hailing from Quetta, Pakistan. Khan was from the Sardar family of the Hazara tribe; a tribe native to Balochistan, Pakistan. He was a "Naek" (Junior Non-Commissioned Officer) in the "106th Hazara Pioneers" who went to train at the Military Academy in Dehra Dun as a cadet and graduated with the first batch of the British King's Commissioned Officer on 1 February 1935.

He served with distinction in the Pakistani Army and rose to the rank of the commander in chief of Pakistani Armed Forces during President Mohammad Ayub Khan’s regime (1958–1969).
THERE IS ALSO A COLLEGE NAMED "GENERAL MUHAMMAD MUSA INTER COLLEGE QUETTA" IN QUETTA PAKISTAN.

Business Quotes by the Businessman Carlos Slim Helu

When you live for others' opinions, you are dead. I don't want to live thinking about how I'll be remembered.
Carlos Slim Helu

I've always said that the better off you are, the more responsibility you have for helping others. Just as I think it's important to run companies well, with a close eye to the bottom line, I think you have to use your entrepreneurial experience to make corporate philanthropy effective.
Carlos Slim Helu

In this new wave of technology, you can't do it all yourself, you have to form alliances.
Carlos Slim Helu

Who is Chingis Khan ?

The awesome history of Chingis Khan is in every respect a perpetually intriguing one. No human in the whole history of Mankind has ever come close to what he accomplished. Testimony from contemporary sources, as well as subsequent history, corroborate that the historical Temuchin (which means "blacksmith"), by the sheer force and warmth of his personality managed to win a conglomerate of different tribal people to his side, and by political as well as military means, to overcome all resistance against his grand Purpose, to unite the "people who live in felt tents," denoting all nomads of Inner Asia and Siberia that were drawn into the orbit of his influence.
Before the advent of Temuchin, fratricidal strife, cattle-stealing, destructive intertribal wars with only personal, local and temporary results were the order of the day. When he entered the scene, the enormousness of his authority did not only manage to bring the internecine destruction to an end, he went on to place the small Mongol nation (which never numbered above one and half a million) on the stage of world history in a way that seems to transcend every human experience, past and present. Even eight hundred years after his accomplishments, those belonging to his cultural tradition reverence him with undying fervor. That is perhaps the most telling proof of the extraordinary powers he brought into the World.
It is possible to determine the historical factors that facilitated the rise of Temuchin and led to the establishment of his brainchild the Mongol empire. They are real. It is also true that several typical features of Chingis' armies, such as the decimal system on which the army was structured, the feigned retreat, and the reconnaissance system were age-old techniques of the peoples between Lake Bajkal and China.
